Here is what the challenge looks like:
Day 1: Deep Hydration
Apply a nourishing hand cream after every hand wash today. Keeping moisture locked in right after washing your hands is the #1 step to softer and healthier hands.
Day 2: Cuticle Care
Give your nails some love. Gently push back your cuticles after a warm shower and apply cuticle oil or a rich balm to help keep them hydrated and healthy.
Day 3: Exfoliation Time
Use a gentle hand scrub (or make one at home with coffee grounds and warm water and coconut oil!) to exfoliate away dry, rough skin. Follow up with a rich moisturizer.
Day 4: Nighttime Rescue
